Ready to win more matches - without having to fix your stroke or technique?

Your strokes aren't the problem. What happens in your head is.

I went from 3.0 to 3.5 in my first year of USTA — not because my technique got better, but because I learned how to manage what happens in my head during a match. Now I'm a CPCC-certified coach teaching rec league women the same mental game.

“84% of a tennis match is spent not hitting the ball. The match isn't won with your racquet. It's won in your head.”

— Gigi Fernandez, 17 Grand Slam women's doubles titles

Sound familiar?

Your captain posts the lineup on Monday. You open it. You scan the names. And in three seconds, your brain has already played the entire match — and you lost.
"She's a 3.0. We don't stand a chance."
"They put me on line 3. That means I'm not strong enough to carry a line."

Friday night you can't sleep. Saturday morning comes, warm up is feeling good.

It's a disaster from the first game. Your partner is hitting everything out. You can feel her spiraling. She's apologizing after every ball. Her shoulders are slumped. She's stopped looking at you.

You're frustrated. You don't know what to say.

So you first pump and say "let's go!" for the fourteenth time and it's not working. It was never going to work. But it's the only thing you have.

By the second set you're both just trying to get through it without falling apart.

The drive home is quiet. Your husband asks how it went. He gets a "fine." Or 45 minutes of story.

Picture this!

I was on the court for a 3.5 USTA match.   I'm a 3.5 and my partner is a 3.0.

We won the first set 6-3!   We were in flow, feeling good, winning most of our shots.

But the 2nd set started differently.  We were down 0-3, and I could see her start to spiral and tank (honestly the old me would have done the same thing too).

I walked over to her and used 3 tools I teach inside this courseI saw her face and body language change.  She started playing better.

We won the next 6 consecutive games and won the match!
6-3, 6-3!

how we went from being down 0-3 to winning 6-3 (in the 2nd set) with these three simple tools I teach in this course.

Women like us, already playing different

You play amazing in practice — loose, confident, hitting shots you didn't know you had — and then the match starts and that player disappears.

You double fault and you can literally feel your body shut down. One bad shot and the voice in your head is running the show for the rest of the set.

Your friends are moving up in their ratings and you can't figure out why you're stuck.

You're managing your partner's emotions, your opponent's energy, and your own spiral — all at the same time.

You drive home replaying the match, that ONE shot you or your partner missed — and when your husband ask how it went - he gets a "fine" or 45 minutes of you processing.

You want to win. You want to play well. You want to enjoy this sport you fell in love with. But nobody is teaching you the mental side of the game — the part that actually determines whether you win or lose. Until now.

This is what Saturday looks like after Calm on Court

The lineup drops. You read it. You say your word. You move on with your night.
Saturday morning you do your pre-match meditation in the car. Five minutes. You walk on calm.

Your partner starts struggling in the second set. You walk over, tap her racquet, and say three things that change her entire body language. You know exactly what to say because someone finally taught you.

You lose a game. You do your reset. Five seconds. You end up winning the impossible match!  You are so proud!

You drive home listening to your playlist. Feeling good!

Your husband asks how it went. You say "it was a great match." And you mean it — not because of the score, but because of how you showed up.

That's the Calm on Court Method.
And it starts with your next match.

This      for you if:

is

YOU'RE ABOUT TO PLAY YOUR FIRST USTA MATCH (or your 100th!) AND YOU'RE TERRIFIED

YOU know that your mental blocks are keeping you from moving up in your ratings.

YOU'RE READY TO STOP OVERTHINKING AND START PLAYING

It's probably        for you if...

not

YOU THINK MINDSET IS FLUFF AND YOU JUST NEED TO "TRY HARDER"

You've never had a negative thought between points

YOU'RE LOOKING FOR STROKE TECHNIQUE OR STRATEGY LESSONS — THAT'S WHAT YOUR COACH IS FOR

I started tennis at 40 with zero athletic background.

And then somehow...

I was on multiple teams, checking standings, replaying matches, and completely hooked.

I know what it feels like to care so much about a game you were supposedly playing “just for fun.”

I’m also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and I’ve spent years helping women understand their thoughts, emotions, and confidence.

Then I realized:

Everything I teach about handling pressure applies perfectly to tennis.

Because the match isn’t just happening across the net.

It’s happening between points.

And that’s where Calm on Court comes in.

QUESTIONS

Is this for beginners?

Yes. Whether you just picked up a racquet or you've been playing for years, the mental and emotional side hits everyone the same. If you have a brain and a tennis bag, this is for you.

Do I need to be on a USTA team?

Nope. This course works whether you're on five teams or playing your first clinic. If tennis is already living in your head rent-free, you're ready.

How long are the modules?

Bite-sized. You can watch one on your lunch break or in the car before a match. This isn't a 10-hour lecture. It's real talk you can use immediately.

Is this sports psychology?

No. This is a certified life and mindset coach who plays rec tennis breaking down the mental and emotional side in a way that actually makes sense. No jargon. No textbooks.

How long do I have access?

Forever. Rewatch before any match, anytime.

Can I get a refund?
